Ensuring that people in Punjab do not participate in illegal transplant activities, is not something that the Punjab Human Organ Transplantation Authority (PHOTA) can do alone. Therefore, we encourage individuals to report illegal transplant of human organs and tissues and their commercial dealings perpetrated against the government and the innocent people in Punjab.

Whistleblowing is an honourable undertaking, not only because it is a key weapon against such crime, but also because it often requires great courage, given that it may result in retaliation and backlash generally. You need to keep an eye on illegal organ transplantation or trade that may be happening at a hospital or a private clinic near you, and tell us immediately.
